Tried making Shish Kabobs in the oven last night and they turned out AMAZING!
1 chicken breast
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 med onion
1 can chunck pineapple
Cut the chicken into cubes and merinade in sauce of your choice (I made my own from olive oil, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic powder, rosemary, and basil) Merinade chicken for at least an hour. Cut onion and bell pepper into chuncks and when chicken is removed from merinade, stir vegetables around in the remaining until coated. Stick onto skewers and lay out on a tin foil covered cookie sheet. Place in oven set to high broil for 10 minutes, turn and cook 10 mor minutes or until edges of meat and vegatables begin to brown. Makes 4-6.
