Crust:1/2 c. butter or oil
1 1/4 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. plain yogurt
Mix dough and press flat into a greased 9x13 pan.
Filling:
2 c. finely chopped broccoli
1/2 c. diced onion
1 c. grated cheese
2 medium tomatoes, thinnely sliced (1/8-1/4 in.)
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Layer onto crust in oder listed. Spread mayonnaise over tomatoes with spatula. (The oiliness serves to sort of fry the tomatoes while it bakes) Bake at 450 for 10 minutes, then at 350 for 30 minutes.
